It has a high antibacterial activity and is effective against many bacterial agents as: Haemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp., Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., E.coli, Salmonella spp., Nocardia spp., Corynebacterium spp., Bordetella spp. and Clostridium spp.
